This is a very complex coffee and from start to finish, it is joy in a cup. From the dry grinds' aroma of rich, moist chocolate cake to a brewed cup brimming with the taste of black & blue fruits and smooth chocolate, every drop of this very versatile coffee can be savored hot or cold.

In naturally processing, whole ripe coffee cherries are set out on raised beds that allow warm breezes to circulate beneath the beans. As they shrivel for 21 to 24 days under the African sun, the pulp infuses the beans with additional natural sugars which contribute to the sweet array of flavor in your cup. Done with care, as is the case here, and the result is a thoroughly enjoyable beverage.

It was grown in the Hagermaryam ward within the Guji zone in Ethiopia's Southern Nation, Nationalities, and Peoples Region (SNNPR). Roughly 700 farmers contribute to the privately owned mill where this coffee was dried before final processing in Addis Ababa.
